About the event

Up tempo, energetic and lighting quick games. All teams have 1 minute to complete a variety of challenges as they go head to head. Challenges vary and you do not need to be physically fit it is not a sports day.

This event is normally held indoors with the full event set up and packed down. Teams all go head to head so all players are participating in the chance to claim silverware.
